The GOLD program is a group of graduates of the last decade (2014-2024) who have a shared passion and purpose. The goal of GOLD is to connect and engage alumni with Cumberlands and with each other through fun events and service opportunities.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to connect, engage, and support the university and undergraduate alumni from the last ten years.

Our vision is to strengthen the bond between the university and alumni to promote lifelong relationships.

GOLD Program Sub-Committees

The Events Committee will be responsible for planning one to two yearly events to engage with young alumni.
The Fundraising Committee will be responsible for fostering ongoing relationships with young alums who are donors and helping plan a unique strategy to engage with young alums on Give Day, the university's annual fundraiser.
The Recruitment Committee will seek out and encourage talented alums for GOLD Program Leadership Committee roles.
The Community Service Committee will be responsible for planning one to two yearly philanthropic events/service projects to engage with young alumni.
The Social Media Committee will brainstorm ideas for marketing strategies and assist with promotional materials for events, service opportunities, and gatherings.
