Everyone arrives at college from different backgrounds and with different goals. At University of the Cumberlands, we offer everything we can to help you accomplish those goals, no matter where you're starting from. We offer on-campus health services to ensure you can easily get the care you need when you're under the weather. If you need someone to listen to you and coach you through life's tougher challenges, you have access to free counseling services offered right on campus. And if a physical workout is what you need, our Health & Wellness Center offers a plethora of weightlifting machines, treadmills, yoga mats, free weights, and more. The long story short is, you will have access to whatever you need in order to get fit and stay healthy, both physically and mentally, during your time at Cumberlands. After all, we're here for YOU.

Health Services We Provide

The Campus Health Clinic is offered through a partnership with Grace Health. Services are provided at the clinic located on-campus at the Campus Clinic on W. Sycamore Street. The clinic provides a convenient option for students to see a medical professional for treatment. The campus clinic also provides free rapid testing for COVID-19.

UC CAMPUS CLINIC HOURS 
Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-4:30PM.

  • The clinic is open when on-campus classes are in session during the fall and spring semesters. 
  • This time allows students, faculty, and staff to walk in and receive priority appointments.
  • For assistance at the Campus Health Clinic please call 606-400-6362. This service is for students and staff only and a UC photo ID is required for services. 

 

COVID-19 TESTING
Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 11:30 AM & 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM).
Appointments are not needed for COVID-19 testing.

PRIVACY
Grace Health is committed to patient privacy and does not share general health care information with UC.
***Please note that Grace Health does share COVID-19 testing results with UC for the purpose of public health safety and contact tracing.

BILLING
Students co-pay can be charged to their UC account upon providing a copy of their student ID and insurance information. Students without insurance can meet with a representative at the clinic to discuss payment options. Employees on UC insurance can be seen without a copay.

The Ward Correll Health and Wellness Center offers a variety of cardio and exercise equipment.  In addition, the center also includes a campus recreation room.  Fitness classes are also available.   The center is open to students, staff, and community members who are either 18 years of age or older and/or that are full time students at the University of the Cumberlands.  There is no charge to use the center. Click here to view the UC Campus Recreation, Intramurals, and Wellness Center Policies and Procedures.
