West Michigan. Dr. Kaiser was the nursing program director for an undergraduate pre-licensure nursing school for 11 years before her current positions. Dr. Kaiser’s position as a researcher gives her practical, everyday experience to share with UC students in their research and statistics courses, as well as guiding the development of their senior capstone projects. Dr. Kaiser’s scholarly work has included examination of the influence of leadership style on nurse incivility, nursing teamwork, and nursing practice and patient care issues. Dr. Kaiser owns a small hobby farm, where she rides and trains horses, raises Nubian dairy goats, and has a variety of other animals.
