Yalanda Scalf is nursing faculty for the Associate Degree Nursing and RN-BSN programs at the Forcht School of Nursing. Aside from nursing education, she has experience as a staff nurse in emergency, obstetrics, intensive care, and cardiothoracic care. She has worked in nursing leadership and administration and is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner practicing in a nurse-practitioner-owned mental health clinic. Yalanda is involved in nursing leadership, being the Southeastern KNA Chapter chair and a member of the Organization for Associate Degree Nursing. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and is actively involved in her church.
