Dr. Hamblin has worked in higher education since 2005. She is passionate about supporting first-generation college students and especially enjoys work that involves securing resources to fund transformative experiences for this student population. Her areas of expertise include grant proposal development and grant program management. Dr. Hamblin’s research interests focus on leadership in higher education, college preparation programs, program evaluation, and research experiences for undergraduate students.
