Dr. Tanise McInnis, LCSW, Ed.S., BC-TMH, CAS, is a dedicated community collaborator with over 25 years of experience focused on mitigating systemic and institutional oppression through culturally responsive practices in education, leadership, and clinical settings. A psychotherapist, higher education lecturer, scholar-practitioner, podcaster, author, and consultant, her work bridges academic research and real-world application. Currently, she is exploring the intersection of neurodiversity and strengths-based approaches in clinical and educational spaces. A Chicago native, she enjoys music, creative projects, and cherishes time spent with her family.
