Dr. Shareeda Tyaire is the Founder of Bruised and Unbroken and Brown Girls Rock Inc. Bruised and Unbroken offers holistic wellness services for individuals of all ages. Brown Girls Rock Inc. is a non-profit organization committed to empowering the lives of Brown girls through education and resources focused on self-love, self-care, self-esteem, and mental and physical health.

Dr. Tyaire has extensive experience working with diverse client populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. Her expertise encompasses co-occurring treatment, individual and group counseling, and she has served as a Psycho Forensic Evaluator in the office of the Public Defender. She specializes in addressing childhood trauma, addictions, relationship conflicts, and family of origin issues. Dr. Tyaire is particularly passionate about working with youth, adolescents, and female clients. Her holistic approach is customized to meet the unique needs of her clients, emphasizing problem resolution, identifying triggers, and establishing and achieving personal goals. She firmly believes in the potential for everyone to overcome adversity and heal, and she is dedicated to guiding and coaching her clients through that process.

Since 2011, Dr. Shareeda Tyaire has been teaching at the collegiate level, focusing on addiction studies and criminal justice courses, which she thoroughly enjoys.
