Dr. Reginald Hicks is a father of two amazing boys (Trenton 17 and Ayden 7) and works full-time at Micron Technologies (Semiconductor industry) as an Operations Manager in Manassas, VA. His career started in 1992 in the semiconductor industry and led to an astounding adventure. He has lived in Singapore, Japan, and Taiwan for over 10 years. His education started at DeVry in Dallas (Irving), Texas. Dr. Hicks completed an MBA at Keller Graduate School of Management at the Crystal City campus. In 2002, his career transitioned from an Engineer to Management. He soon realized that management and leadership were a passion. In 2014, he received a doctorate in Management and Organizational Behavior at the University of Phoenix while living in Taiwan. Dr. Hicks thoroughly enjoys people, managing, and teaching, and plans to teach full-time in the future.
