Dr. Sbeit was most recently Senior Manager, Business Network Transformation at Verizon, a position he held for seven years. At Verizon, he led a 4000+ Network Systems organization’s OSS / BSS Transformation Office into a new operating model using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) resulting in a 10% increase in throughput. Dr. Sbeit launched in 2018, North Texas Leadership Development Academy to train, coach and mentor professionals on latest Leadership and Process Excellence skill sets to grow their careers.

Dr. Sbeit earned a Doctoral in Engineering Management and MS in Software Engineering from Southern Methodist University (SMU). He has lectured on engineering management and cybersecurity courses at UNT, UTD, UC and UMUC. Dr. Sbeit is an author of ~Telecom Mergers Economical and Technological Effects, Verizon As Case Study and several papers published in International Technical conferences.

Raed is a member of several professional organizations, including as the Industry Advisory Board of Robert Morris University, Harvard Business Review, and other local Private STEM schools. Raed has also served on the boards of the City of Irving Green Advisory Board and Irving Police Advisory Board.
