Dr. Michael Welikonich is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Certified Exercise Physiologist (EP-C) by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).  His research interests include the effect of nutritional supplementation on exercise performance and self-regulation of exercise intensity. Dr. Welikonich enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
