Dr. Mosley led Kloeckner Pentaplast of America’s – Operational Excellence (OpEx - PMBoK) Global Lean, Quality, Safety, Health, Environmental (QSHE) & site construction efforts as Sr. Manager to FDA-USDA FMCGs Plastics (Resins) w/ CDMOs-CMO's-CROs to Packaging USFDA value stream Approval [R&D Innovation, Pharmaceuticals, Biologics, Medical Devices, Cosmetics, Foods/Beverages & Specialties, via New Product Introduction (NPI), Corporate Policies, & compliance] to the Quality System Regulation (QSR) at twenty-two sites around the world (eleven in U.S. / eleven in Asia, Brazil, & U.K.) to ISO13485, FSSC22000, & BRC global stds.
Mark successfully directed, implemented, and obtained to full accreditation the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) approved ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS) throughout the G6 United States Army Accessions Command - Information Support Activity - Communications Electronics & Operations Division at Ft. Knox, KY and remote site at Fort Benjamin-Harrison / Department of Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) in Indianapolis, IN for Lockheed-Martin Corp. This meant rewriting operational procedures, creating standards, integrating IoT, SaaS, HaaS, SDLC Workflow Approval Structure, and Configuration Management Databases (CMDB) into the culture.
Prior to coming on board w/ Lockheed-Martin, Dr. Mosley advanced a seventeen year career w/ the Department of Transportation’s (DoT) Siemens Rail Automation in Louisville, KY.
Working within the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) at Rolls-Royce North America (RRNA) NASA John C. Stennis Space Center, Rolls-Royce, plc (England), and at Rolls-Royce Corporation in Indianapolis, IN, Mark led the sustainment to recert of the RRNA – Stennis Outdoor Test Facility’s ISO9001:2008 QMS w/ AS9100D / AS9120C [FAIs], ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System (EMS), while adhering to the AS13000 Jet Engine std. Also, while under Mark's leadership, the site also received their fourth cert to the Occupational Health Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) 18001:2007 standard to risk mitigation.
