Dr. Castle has been an Associate Professor in the Graduate School at Sullivan University (2019-2022). Prior to that, she was an Adjunct Professor at Sullivan University, the University of Pikeville, and the University of the Cumberlands during the time of 2014-2019. Presently she is teaching Adjunct at Pikeville University (2023 - present), and the University of the Cumberlands (2023 - present). Dr. Castle has served on the Graduate Curriculum Committee, the DEI Committee, and the Academic Council, as well as the PhD Acceptance Committee at Sullivan University. She specializes in management, negotiation, entrepreneurship, conflict management, mediation, high conflict divorces, and domestic violence.
Dr. Castle focused her doctoral research on the motivation of a workplace bully and works professionally with perpetrators of bad behaviors in a variety of situations, personal and professional. She conducts seminars and workshops, teaches the skills to change and motivates clients to seek change, and she loves antiques. Her philosophy is that “our mistakes do not define us – it is our changes that will be remembered”.
