Dr. McFall has taught at the college level for over fifteen years, and has been teaching at the University of the Cumberlands since January, 2023. She has industry experience at a Subaru factory, and at the United States Postal Service, where she worked for twenty years. She also has a background in energy, has managed a nonprofit since 2015, and is currently pursuing Graduate Certificates in Fundraising, which is complete in Spring 2023, and Nonprofit Management, which will be complete in Spring 2024. In her spare time, she enjoys family, her church, gardening, raising animals, and hiking.
