Dr. Janita Haastrup resides in Georgia and has over 15 years of technology experience in both professional settings and higher education. Dr. Haastrup began her career with a Fortune 500 company as an IT Specialist and Project Management Lead. She then transitioned into higher education as a Instructional Technology Specialist where she trained faculty members on incorporating technology into their curriculum. Dr. Haastrup later moved to the School of Information Technology teaching a variety of courses not limited to Information Technology, Project Management, Cyber Security, Web Development, and Data Analytics.
Dr. Haastrup believes it is important to help others pull out their strengths and purpose as she encourages and inspire them to envision their unique paths.
