Dr. Greg Voykhansky is a Dissertation Chair and Subject Matter Reviewer of Leadership for Higher Education, Leadership, Cyberlaw & policy, and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). Professionally, Dr. Voykhansky has an extensive background in international business and technology transfer, law, compliance, industrial audit, change leadership, and training. Current research emphasis are the Psychology of Ownership, and People-Centered paradigm implementation. Throughout their academic career, Dr. Voykhansky has contributed toward several scientific articles on the psychology of ownership and is the author of a book on understanding academic research. Dr. Voykhansky serves on peer review boards for several academic journals, including the Journal of Educators and the Journal of Applied Educational and Policy Research, and has chaired and participated in many doctoral committees for the University of Cumberlands, Capitol Technology University, City University of Seattle, and UMass Global
