Dr. Devin Ariel Williams is a licensed clinical social worker and owner of a mental health practice that emphasizes the care and well-being of Black women. With a practice and research focus on racially concordant care, Dr. Williams works to address mental health disparities within the Black community through promoting equity and accessibility within care. 

As an experienced clinician, she has worked in social work areas including child welfare, inpatient psychiatric treatment, policy, and outpatient therapy. Dr. Williams is passionate about training the next generation of social workers to think innovatively about their future careers. 

Dr. Williams teaches remotely from Mississippi.
