David Higgins is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Counseling and holds the title of Clinical Applications Coordinator. He has worked as a counselor and in management for almost 35 years. For many years, he owned and ran his private practice counseling agency. His service philosophy is "promote and protect hope". David is married and has two sons. He loves watching NFL games and listening to music.
