Dr. Chris De Luise holds the rank of major and serves as an advisor to Air University in Montgomery, Alabama, on crisis leadership and resiliency issues. Before his current assignment, he served as an action officer and advisor to senior leaders at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. Preceding his efforts at the Pentagon, Dr. De Luise served for four years at the United States Air Force Academy as a master resiliency trainer and advisor on matters of morale, ethics, and morals. He has been honored with multiple awards and decorations, including the Meritorious Service Medal, the Air Force Commendation Medal, and the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal. Dr. De Luise’s research interests include leadership, resiliency, morale, and emotional intelligence. He has been married for 15 years and is a father to one amazing boy.
