Dr. Carolyn R. Green joined the Plaster Graduate School of Business in 2023 as an Adjunct Professor. She is a Project Manager at a United States Government Agency with over 28 years of experience in the public and private sector managing major programs and complex projects, leading change and multiple initiatives.
In addition to her educational background, Dr. Green is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, Certified Executive Mail Center Manager, and Certified Advanced Life Cycle Logistics professional. Her current research interests include organizational leadership, change leadership for process improvement, and servant leadership.
