Audrey Rabas is an adjunct professor serving as a methodologist in the Leadership Studies department. Dr. Rabas received a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and an M.A. in Psychology Research. She has background experience in leadership and research in the fields of Education and Psychology. She has spent most of her career working in higher education, teaching content courses and chairing dissertation students. Her research interests include women in leadership, mentoring, and K-12 education. Outside of work, Dr. Rabas serves on her local high school’s site council and is a member of the athletics booster board. She enjoys being active in her community, where she lives in Northern California.
