Dr. Andrew Black has worked professionally in the Information Technology arena since 1990, and in the higher education arena since 2000. Dr. Black has several interests in IT operations, IT leadership, IT strategy and business alignment, higher education leadership, online and distance education. Dr. Black has taught many courses in IT, business, management and other related areas for several higher education institutions. Dr. Black enjoys playing many sports such as softball, volleyball, basketball, golf, and ultimate frisbee. He resides in Salt Lake City, UT with his wife and three teenagers.
