Brian Balduzzi works as the Operational and Planning Innovation Manager for Wilmington Trust Emerald Advisory Services, a strategic wealth planning experience for entrepreneurs and executives. In addition, he has worked as a Tax, Business Law, Financial and Estate Planning Adjunct Professor for the past four years for various undergraduate, graduate, and law school programs. Brian previously practiced as a Tax and Estate Planning attorney in the Greater Boston area. His scholarship is in the intersection of wealth inequality, financial and estate planning, taxation, and diverse communities. He also serves on numerous non-profit boards of directors in the Greater Philadelphia area. He is a proud Roy H. Park Leadership Fellow, New Leaders Council Fellow, Johnson Leadership Fellow, and Environmental Finance and Impacting Investing Fellow, among others. In his spare time, Brian practices yoga, watches college basketball, acts in Shakespeare plays (13 of 37!) and musicals, and plays strategic board games.
