Benjamin Mills attended the United States Military Academy at West Point for two years, prior to graduating summa cum laude from the University of Kentucky in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography. Continuing his education at UK, Mr. Mills attended the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law. While at law school, Mr. Mills completed a judicial externship for the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, gaining extensive experience with advanced legal research and writing. In 2020, Mr. Mills earned the degree of Juris Doctor, and, shortly thereafter, he was admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Since graduating law school, Mr. Mills has served as a Staff Attorney for the 27th Judicial Circuit of the Kentucky Court of Justice. Mr. Mills, an Eagle Scout, actively supports Boy Scout Troop 529 of Barbourville, and continues to serve his community through volunteerism. Mr. Mills occupies his free time with woodworking and backpacking, along with other hobbies. He and his wife reside in Barbourville.
