Hello, I am so excited that you are interested in The University of the Cumberlands.  This is home to me and I love being part of the UC family.  I am a 2011 graduate of UC and while here I studied Biology and Exercise Sports Science.  As a student at UC I was pushed, pulled, and molded in the class room and on the practice field.  All of my experiences have shape me into who I am today.  I would love to talk to you more about UC and what it means to me. If you live in the Central KY area, Knox or Bell County or attend Corbin High School I will be your admissions counselors. I also work with prospective students from the state of Florida.

At UC you have the opportunity to become more than just a number. You can become a part of a committed family focused on education and spiritual growth.  Should you choose UC you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in an environment designed for success.

If I could tell you one thing about UC I would tell you to keep your eyes, ears, mind, and heart open to new adventures and do not be afraid to try new things.  Remember it is a good thing to be taken out of your comfort zone.

Greetings from University of the Cumberlands! One of the things I enjoy most about my job is sharing with prospective students what a great place UC is to get an education. As a student here, you can expect to be challenged academically by professors who genuinely care about your success, and all around you, you'll find people ready to offer what they can to help you develop personally, socially, and spiritually.

Athletic, artistic, and social opportunities abound at UC. We have 22 men's and women's Varsity sports and many other intramural teams. Musicians can enjoy being a part of one or more of the 9 instrumental and vocal ensembles, while others can explore their talents in theatre or debate. Club and community service activities, dances and festivals guarantee that students looking for a way to spend their free time and get involved with others will always have something to do.

I work with prospective transfer students.  Call or email me and let me tell you more about UC.
