University of the Cumberlands is adding another master’s degree program to its curriculum: a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, set to begin classes in early 2023.

The program focuses on preparing professionals to make valuable contributions in various academic and organizational leadership roles, combining real-life application with education that informs students how to better lead organizations. Courses such as research methods and analysis, managing in a global environment, and advanced human resource management will advance students’ organizational leadership capability and promote public service and ethical leadership.

The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership program will be offered to online graduate students in an asynchronous format, meaning students will have the flexibility to log on at any time to listen to lectures, complete coursework, etc. It will also be available in the executive format as a hybrid program. The organizational leadership master’s program is offered at prices among the lowest in the nation for graduate programs of its kind, and applications are currently being accepted.
