Twelve Students Graduate Summa cum Laude from University of the Cumberlands |

WILLIAMSBURG, Ky.- During Commencement on May 3, twelve University of the Cumberlands students were graduated with the distinction of Summa cum Laude, requiring a grade point standing of 3.95 to a perfect 4.0. Charlotte Anne Abel, of Yosemite, earned her bachelor’s degree with a double major in communication arts and mathematics and a minor in physics. Bradley Rondal Bell, from Monticello, earned his bachelor’s degree with a double major in religion and communication arts and a minor in Biblical languages. Lindsey Deanne Clark is from Whitley City, and she received a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, with a minor in social work. Kimberly Lee Hamby from Afton, Tennessee, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. Christopher Michael Lay, from Corbin, earned his bachelor’s degree with double majors in history and philosophy and religion. Mary Elizabeth Osborne, of Indianapolis, Indiana, received a Bachelor of Arts in History with minors in English and French. Bethany Michelle Ott, from Knoxville, Tennessee, earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, with a minor in religion. Jack Creed Rogers, of Corbin, received a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management. Jonathan Edward Silverman, of Kettering, Ohio, earned his bachelor’s degree with a double major in psychology and biology. Sarah Deanna Strunk, from Williamsburg, graduated with a double major in mathematics and business administration and a minor in Spanish. Lisa Ann West is from Barbourville, and she earned her bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in chemistry. Sharon Lynn Wilson, from Pine Knot, earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Public Health. |
