Timothy Wix to present senior recital

WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. –University of the Cumberlands music student Timothy Wix, a senior percussion student, is to perform his senior recital at 7:30 p.m., on Saturday, April 5, in the Nell Moore Recital Hall of the Grace Crum Rollins Center on campus.

Wix, of Brandenburg, is a student of Associate Professor of Music James Corcoran Jr., and will be offering the recital in partial fulfillment for the Bachelor of Science in Music degree. Selections for the evening include "Mourning Dove Sonnet," "Cadenza para Berimbau" and several contemporary Christian pieces. Wix will be accompanied by current UC students and faulty on selected portions of the program.
