UC's "Upsilonian" Historical Journal Wins National Award

Williamsburg, Ky. - The "Upsilonian," a historical journal published annually by University of the Cumberlands' chapter of Phi Alpha Theta, won third place in the 2005 Gerald D. Nash History Journal Award print journal competition for universities without a graduate history program. UC's chapter, Upsilon-Upsilon was awarded $100 for this achievement.

University of the Cumberlands, located in Williamsburg, Kentucky, is a private liberal arts university in it 116th year of operation. UC offers four undergraduate degrees in 37 major fields of study, 30 minors and nine pre-professional programs.
