UC makes Forbes’ ‘Financially Fit Schools’ list

Williamsburg, KY., - What is the big deal with college rankings? With the price of a four-year college nearly exceeding $100,000 dollars, it’s well-worth paying attention and finding out the facts and statistics. University of the Cumberlands (UC) has been included by Forbes in a recent article entitled, “Is Your College Going Broke? The Most and Least Fit Schools in America.”

Forbes considered the balance sheets and the operational strength of 900 four-year private, non-profit schools. The analysis resulted in two lists: schools receiving grades of A and B and schools receiving grades of C and D. University of the Cumberlands is one of the 381 schools included on the A and B list.

This is further verification that University of the Cumberlands strives to keep costs low while maintaining high quality academic programs.
