UC Jazz Ensemble to Hold Concert


Williamsburg, Ky. - The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Jazz Ensemble will present a concert on Tuesday, October 29 at 7:30 p.m. in the Gatliff Chapel in the Gatliff Building.

This concert will present a variety of music for a seventeen piece big band. There will be solo features for various members of the ensemble as well as features for guest vocalists Marissa Hedrick and Dalton Hutton.

The UC Jazz Ensemble is a source of pride for the university, presenting several concerts on the UC campus each year in addition to tours to various schools and festivals throughout the region.

This concert will meet the requirement of one convocation credit for UC students in the academic and cultural events category and is free and open to the public.
