Cumberlands Announces Christian Leadership Scholarship Recipients

Williamsburg, Ky. – University of the Cumberlands (UC) is pleased to announce that 82 students have been named Christian Leadership Scholar honorees for the 2013-2014 school year. The amount of scholarships awarded totals approximately $230,000 in scholarships in their first year or $920,000 over 4 years. The amount of each scholarship varied for each student based on the extent of active leadership involvement.

UC’s Christian Leadership Scholarship program exists to acknowledge the contributions of deserving students to their churches and to other Christian organizations. In doing so, the university is making an investment in the lives of the students selected for these scholarships and in the future of the organizations they represent.
