Camden Bonardi receives the HSB Accounting Award

Williamsburg, Ky. - University of the Cumberlands (UC) presented Camden Bonardi (Springboro, OH) with the Hutton School of Business Accounting Award during the 54th annual Honors Day Program on Sunday, April 21st.

Camden, the son of Teresa and Gregory Bonardi, is engaged to UC alumnus Maggie Hughes. Camden completed the requirements for a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in December 2012 and is currently employed as an accountant by Ahresty Wilmington Corporation.

Camden was inducted into Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society for Business and Administration and was named to the Dean’s List for seven semesters. In recognition of his academic achievement, Camden received the 2012 Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants Educational Foundation Scholarship. Additionally, Camden was a member of the UC PEAK accounting academic team.

While maintaining success in academics, Camden was active in a variety of campus and community activities, including HSB Business Club and Relay for Life team captain. While a member of the UC Varsity Soccer team, Camden received the Coaches Award and the Athletic Scholar Award. Camden also served as Resident Assistant for four semesters.
