UC hosts final Campus Discovery Day


Williamsburg, Ky. – On Saturday, February 16th University of the Cumberlands (UC) held their final Campus Discovery Day of the 2012-2013 academic school year. The guests and prospective students traveled from all across the country to visit UC with over 300 on campus, including over 100 potential students.

“Campus Discovery Day gives prospective students an opportunity to learn more information about UC,” said Admissions Director Erica Harris. “Students get the chance to meet professors in their field of study, learn about activities on campus, and get a feel of what life would be like at Cumberlands.”

UC hosts Campus Discovery Days’ throughout the year to provide prospective students the opportunity to visit campus and learn information about the University before making their final decision on what college to attend. Along with looking into their field of study and activities, the students’ can also take tours around the University to see the different aspects that make up UC.
