Job Title	Server - Full-Time Employee of Chartwells

Available Date	Immediately

Job Responsibilities	To serve food and beverages to restaurant customers. Other duties include: Clean tables and set them to be ready for use by customers Greets and seats customers and hands them menus Announces daily specials, answers questions about menu items, and takes orders Enters orders into computer system so that kitchen staff can prepare food Picks up drinks and food when orders are ready and serves customers Observes customers to respond if they require additional service and to present the check when they have finished eating Prepares and delivers check Cleans table and prepares it for next customers Accepts payment or directs customer to cashier

Job Requirements	Polite, friendly manner to deal with customers Neat, clean appearance and willingness to follow rules for sanitary food service Previous experience as a waitperson desirable but not required Ability to work quickly and efficiently to provide prompt service Ability to operate computer to enter orders and prepare checks Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required Sufficient strength to carry food trays
