Laura Brock joined the University of the Cumberlands faculty in June 2019. Prior to that time, Dr. Brock worked as a manager in the automotive manufacturing industry and taught as an adjunct professor of business. Her teaching and research interests include strategic management, biblical integration in business, business history, and business ethics. Professor Brock is a three-time graduate of the University of the Cumberlands and is a member of the Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society for Business and Administration (past-president), the Eta Beta Rho Hebrew Honor Society, the Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor Society for Excellence in Freshmen Studies, the Phi Alpha Theta National Honor Society for History (past-historian), and the J.T. Vallandingham Scholastic Honor Society. She is a member of the Economic and Business History Society, the Strategic Management Society, and the Christian Business Faculty Association. Dr. Brock also enjoys books, trail running, genealogy, and farming.
