Position Summary:
Execute the company food safety standards and initiatives in stores. Develop division goals, strategies and action plans for implementation of company/division food safety initiatives. Coach and train district coordinators in all aspects of food safety. Identify division food safety initiatives in collaboration with Corporate and Division Operations Management to identify trends for such initiatives. Serve on professional food safety committees and in food retail trade organizations. Establish and maintain working relationships with the regulatory community and local health departments to assist in maintaining and improving overall department sanitation practices. Role model and demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.
