Position  Field Direct Sales Representative
Requirements  Previous sales or customers service experience is preferred. Demonstrate above average presentation skills, good interpersonal communications, strong customer focus and empathy. Experience where persistence and resilience has been demonstrated. Demonstrate the ability to focus on achieving goals primarily through self management, self discipline, and flexibility. Valid drivers license and clean driving records. Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand/walk 90% of work shift. The candidate must possess a positive attitude, excellent leadership qualities, and a high degree of flexibility. Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities  Acquire new cable subscribers through door-to-door sales in sweep, audit, direct to home, and new markets, using the ICOMS database. Contact requirements: Reach the minimum number of potential customers per week in sweep, audit and new markets and the minimum number of potential customers per week in the Direct to Home market. During the contact the DSA is expected to exhibit a high level of customer service skills, and knowledge of current campaign offers. Optimize customer's value through product education and matching appropriate packaging and specials to best suit the customer. Write and schedule accurate installation work orders. Must maintain an excellent rapport with the Call Center Associates with whom they will be scheduling appointments on a daily basis.
