Position  Executive Director
Requirements  Education: Master's Degree, PhD preferred, in international relations, foreign policy, energy or environment. Experience: Several years of proven management experience in an executive position and a strong interest in energy, environmental policy and education. Strong background in international relations and foreign policy as it relates to India, China, and the United States. Expertise should be in political, diplomatic and economic relations among these three superpowers.
Responsibilities  The Executive Director will lead and motivate a team of Program Coordinators and Interns in the DC office. A qualified candidate will exhibit entrepreneurial drive and possess business savvy. As the organization is rapidly expanding, the Executive Director will lead all fundraising efforts. The Executive Director will find and develop local and global partnerships in the areas of foreign policy, international peace, economic development, education, green energy and sustainability. In the capacity, the Executive Director will also make an aggressive effort to apply for grants and join green energy organizations.
