| Requirements | Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement. Must participate in random alcohol and drug testing. |
| Responsibilities | Responsible for assisting in the leadership and guidance of students in a variety of group activities. Provides the full range of advie and counsel of positive social skills, and educational and career development goals. Insures that a caring and supportive environment exists for students. Insures that the practice of employability skills is fully integrated into all aspects of student involvement in a dormitory operation. Provides instruction and guidance for new students; assesses their adjustment during the Career Preparation Period. Serves as primary coordinator between vocational, educational, and residential living areas with regard to program activities. The incumbent may be required to work swing shift and night shift when the needs of the Center require the coverage. |
