| Requirements |
Men and women, 18 years of age or older, who
have a desire to make a di erence in a
community.
VISTA members for positions in Bell(2), Breathitt(2), Clay(2), Jackson(2), Knox(1), Owsley(1) and Perry (2) counties. |
| Responsibilities |
VISTA members will assess parental needs/interests; assist in recruiting parents and connecting
them to opportunities for involvement; develop parent volunteer leaders to sustain parent groups;
engage community members as resources based on assessment of interests; collect data on community
resources for a parent resource guide and provide operational support for parent meetings. |

VISTA members recieve a monthly living allowance/stipend, health coverage, child
care if eligible, ten personal days, ten sick days, orientation and training and an end of service education
award of $5,500. e education award can be used to repay studen |
