| Requirements | The ideal candidate would have at least five years of previous Market, Operations or Sales Manager experience with a large media company. Candidates must also demonstrate experience in recruiting, hiring and training a winning staff. Candidates must have strong communication skills both written and verbal, ability to demonstrate success in ratings, cash flow, meeting revenue goals and outperforming the market, as well as developing online and other non-spot revenue programs. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, problem-solving and strategic-thinking skills are required. |
