| Position | COORDINATOR, MALE EDUCATION AND OUTREACH |
| Requirements | Associate Degree in Social Services, have completed two years of college or have worked with students for a minimum of four years Experienced in teaching youth and/or leading youth activities Flexible schedule to meet training and presentation needs of program No specific certifications or licenses are required. Must be willing to undergo a criminal background and credit search. |
| Responsibilities | Coordinator conducts Wise Guy training at community based settings, coordinates with partnering staffs, and markets the program locally. Work with other professional staff to remain current on sexually transmitted infections and treatments. Responds to community requests to learn more about Wise Guys and schedules additional training when funds are available. Recruits, trains and supervises peer educators to work with partnering agencies. Work with the Executive Director to adapt technology for teaching tools. Collaborates with the Executive Director to expand the programming and improve outcomes. Collaborates with partnering agencies to develop positive health messages |
