| Position | Director of Worship and Music |
| Requirements | 1. Must be continually pursuing personal growth in Christ maintaining a consistent Christian witness. 2. Must agree with Baptist Faith and Message. 3. Must meet the spiritual requirements outlined in Holy Scriptures. 4. Must understand and support the church purpose, priorities, vision, and guiding principles. 5. As a staff member, heart and mind must be committed to serving others, supporting the staff, and cultivating team ministry. 6. Demonstrate leadership, effective people skills, and a consistent desire and ability to train and encourage others to use their gifts. 7. Has the ability to create and read chord charts, vocal and/or instrumental skills, leadership ability with a praise team, and some experience of working with youth in a musical setting |
| Responsibilities | 1. Sunday morning worship (possibly 2 services) 2. Some Sunday evening worship as requested and available 3. Weekly rehearsals 4. Communicate and coordinate order of worship with Pastor 5. Practice and preparation for worship ministry (finding and learning new songs) 6.
