Position  Customer Service Representative
Requirements  . Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with customers 2. Promote and cross-sell bank products 3. Ability to operate personal computers and office machinery 4. Ability to perform simple arithmetic operations 5. Ability to work independently 6. Represent the Bank positively both on and off the job 7. Promote friendliness and excellent customer service 8. High School diploma or equivalent 9. Possess good judgment, accuracy, speed and initiative in performing assigned duties
Responsibilities  CSR are the front line providers of service to bank customers. Responsibilities include all paying and receiving functions, cash management and balancing. It involves a wide range of duties related to customer accounts, including, but not limited to customer inquiry by phone and in person.
