Position  Customer Service Representatives (Full time)
Requirements  High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 6 months customer service/secretarial/telemarketing experience. Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally and fluently. Type a minimum of 20 WPM. Experience working with a PC and the Windows operating system. Spanish fluency is desirable (pay differential available). May be required to work holidays. Overtime may be required.
Responsibilities  Answers incoming calls from customers, answers inquiries and questions, handles complaints, troubleshoots problems, and provides information.

Other Information 2-3 weeks paid training; up to $10.50 per hour; benefits offered. Operation hours 9 am- 9 pm. No weekends.
