Dr. Lynn Woolsey

L. Woolsey

Dr. M. Lynn Woolsey began her career as a teacher of the deaf. In over 30 years of work Dr. Woolsey has served as a classroom teacher for all ages of students, a special education early interventionist and a school administrator. Dr. Woolsey’s experience in writing grants has resulted in nearly six million dollars of grant awards from the U.S. Department of Education. As a result of her experiences in her Ph.D. program at The Ohio State University, Dr. Woolsey’s research interests include classroom-based strategies effective with students who have disabilities; the effects of exemplary instruction on students at-risk for school failure, and working with teachers in their quest for the development of IEP goals that are measurable and direct instruction. Dr. Woolsey is a National Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
