A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR A TRANSCRIPT CAN BE SUBMITTED BUT MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION::

  • Name (maiden and married)
  • Date of Birth
  • Dates of attendance at Cumberland College/University of the Cumberlands
  • List the number of transcripts you want sent and whether they are Graduate or Undergraduate
  • Graduate and Undergraduate transcripts are separate transcripts and are charged individually
  • Include your current address and phone number where you can be reached
  • Include the address where the transcript is to be mailed
  • Include the transcript fee: ($10.00 each official; $3.00 each unofficial; cashiers check, money order or personal check only)
  • Student's signature must be on the request
  • Social security number is helpful. 

    The student must have a zero balance with the Bursar's Office and be current with any student loan.


Students of SUE BENNETT COLLEGE can request transcripts online by clicking here or following the procedure above for written requests. Indicate on the request that you attended Sue Bennett College.
