Robert E. Stephens, Jr. is a a 1996 graduate of Cumberland. He also plans to attend law school. H has earned a full, three-year scholarship to the University of Louisville. The original draft of his paper was written for the Issues in History course, a required course for history majors at Cumberland College. Robert served as co-historian of the Upsilon-Upsilon Chapter during the 1994-95 school year and president during the 1995-96 school year. |

Christen L. Tominson is a junior, political science major from Cartersville, Gerogia. She plans, after graduation, to attend graduate school in political science.
