Ms. Regina Rhodes graduated from Union College, Barbourville, Kentucky in 1979 with a Bachelors of Science degree in History and Teaching Certification grades 7-12. In 1985, she completed a Masters in Education with a Rank II Secondary Education Certification at Union College, Barbourville, Kentucky. Ms. Rhodes began her employment with University of the Cumberlands' Teacher Education, October 1996 as Director of Teacher Certification. In August 2002, Ms. Rhodes received faculty status at the Instructor level.
