Dr Page graduated with a B.S in Education from Florida State University. She completed an M.A. as well as an Ed.S. in Educational Administration from Western Carolina University. In 1985, she received an Ed.D. in Educational Administration from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro.

Dr Page joined the faculty of UC in January, 2007 after serving as a teacher and principal at the elementary, middle and high school levels for twenty-nine years.
